Who We Are

RETN Staff: RETN’s staff has more than 100 years of combined experience in video production. Meet some of the dedicated professionals and interns that make RETN possible.

RETN Board of Directors: RETN is a Vermont nonprofit based in Burlington, and is a 501(c)3 corporation. The RETN Board of Directors is comprised of appointed representatives and volunteers from the RETN service area. Meet our current board members.

 

What We Do

RETN serves our community by working with local schools, scholars, artists, businesses and nonprofit organizations. We provide access to the training and tools you need to create and distribute your video projects. Whether you're looking for help getting started with video production or are interested in volunteer or internship opportunities, there are a variety of ways to get involved with RETN.

  • Award-winning Cable TV Network: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, tune in to channel 16 on Burlington Telecom and Comcast cable TV systems in Vermont’s Champlain Valley and enjoy a variety of local, national and international programs. VIEW SCHEDULE
  • Online Video Library: RETN has an extensive video library. This includes more than 20 years of local and imported education-focused media that’s instantly accessible. SEARCH LIBRARY
  • Community Learning: Part of our mission is to teach the tools of digital storytelling. This includes offering workshops and courses on production techniques and how to teach video skills in the classroom, and internships for high school and college students. MORE INFO

Who We Serve

RETN Channel 16 can be seen on Burlington Telecom and Comcast cable TV systems in 12 towns in Chittenden and northern Addison counties.

Comcast, RETN NORTH: Burlington, Essex Junction, Essex Town, South Burlington, St. George, Williston, Winooski, and part of Colchester.

Comcast, RETN SOUTH: Charlotte, Ferrisburgh, Hinesburg, Shelburne, Vergennes, and part of Waltham.
